Had a 5 o'clock pick up and they were already closed, I had to cancel my trip!
Lied and charged too much.
The car was nice, the employee made 2 trips to pick me up, but the "debit card" issue was a terrible stress. The issue was completely ignored once I showed a round trip railroad ticket. Argh!!
Very positive experience. The branch representative thoroughly inspected the vehicle prior to renting and took us through all steps to return and potential charges before we left the branch.
