Fast good. Slow service at peak times
What a joke. Food took forever and items were not put on our ticket which we waited an additional 10 min and the potatoes were crunchy. Many customers inside unhappy about the wait. Two people came inside from drive thru to get food they left out.
prepare your mind, and stomach for a least a 30 minute wait in the drive thru after 7pm.
Love the black bean burrito add tomatoes, and onions grilled with fire sauce great.
I would rate a 0 if possible, after 8 minutes at the drive through window, I finally got my 2 tacos and nachos. Them asked for some hot sauce and the told me policy is 1 packet per 2 items and was graciously allowed to get 4 packs. After asking for a refund since they couldn't give me condiments and I couldn't buy them, I was told o could come inside and go get more. Really, I can't even buy more sauce... this management needs fired, maybe the franchise owner too if they set that policy. I Will never come back to this location again even though I stay next door 3-4 times a year on bisiness.
