Don't expect much back from deposit. You, as a tenant, are responsible for having the locks changed, along with expensive cleaning services, even if you leave the house clean when you go (aside from carpets because despite saying you would clean them yourselves, they insist on bringing in a professional at $80 MORE than it would cost to do it yourself). Neither of which is spoken of in the rental agreement. Also, if there is damage to the property that is TAPED OVER, damaged or poorly modified take pictures and DOCUMENT everything, prior to moving in! Or you will be charged for replacing it.
