My experience with this Auto Zone was the BEST anyone could have. The time was 7:55pm on 8/4/2015. They were abt to close @ 8pm and I was in an EMERGENCY situation. My buddy's 2014 F-350 Diesel was abt to run out of Diesel Exhaust Fluid in our way back to Arlington TX. As well as we were driving through the mountains and reception was horrible and the connection continued to drop. When we finally were able to speak, the Manager said,"I was waiting for your call". All other locations closed or were abt to. Once I was able to speak with the Manager Jimmy on the phone and explained the situation he agreed to pay for the fluid and wait outside until we arrived. He is a great employee to have, as he not only gave me amazing customer service, but he took time out of his family life to wait an extra 25 mins after closing. I wish more people were like this in life. I ask that you recognize him for such an awesome HELP. GIVE HIM A RAISE. This is the best way to keep the best people for your company.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. While traveling through we had car trouble and they did a computer diagnosis and recommended a mechanic. We got on the road within 2 hrs of stopping. Kudos to the Arkadelphia Auto Zone Team!
