now i use to use arrkadelphia tier and truck and have used them since i was 16 and my first truck i ever had but when i needed them to do something it was ok we can do it and that wsa not the problem it was the time they did it in for example i had my heater core replaced in my truck and they did not hook up my e-brake up right and i had to drive back to them and guess what they fixed it but i have no e- brake now so what did that solve. then the heater core went out agin and i know that things can be faulty so i took it back to them and this time they did not hook up my horn, cruse controle or my radio right wow so as of right now i have no horn cruse controle i fixed my radio.... and then they fixed my cruse conrole hahaha that was a joke they went and put a peice off 24 guage wire from the sencer and then ran it threw the door so when i want to use it i have to have the door open but wow it makes me laugh with all the years i have been a coustomer of theirs that they did all this and they wont fix it or admit to it mmmmmmmm
that is why i am proud to say that i have moved my buisness to this wonderfull place were as far as of now they do what they say they are going to do and they do it and in a timely matter.....

My daughter is away from home at college in Arkadelphia and had a small incident with a curb. She took the wheel and tire to the shop and Garner's replaced it at a reasonable price. After getting the wheel on the car she noticed some noises, and took the car to the shop and they found a dust cover that had been damaged straightening it out and didn't charge her for it! I get terrified anytime she has any issues with her car away from home because I know how shops can take advantage of people. I will rest much easier knowing that she has an honest and dependable place like Garner's to take her car and that goes for my other daughter going to college there as well. Just can't say enough good things about this place!

great place to do buisness the guy that worked on my truck was cody ask for him he is a great guy and after taking my truck to several places he told me what it was and the turnaround on it was great. so that is why i am rateing this experience as a 5 star in my book they got a nother regular.
