Rooms where clean and the staff was friendly. The heat didn't work well be it was a good place to stay just passing through.

I stay regularly at this hotel. We come amd go to the lake frequently. We have stayed at most of the hotels in the area even the higher end hotels. Its a modest room but very clean. They are remodeling each room and if you want a remodeled room just take the time to ask. The owners are very polite and accommodating. It can not be beat for the price. The area is totally safe and the rooms are very clean. If you want something newer go across the interstate and pay twice the price. Iv never seen a bug. Never seen anything dirty. Some of the rooms have older AC units but if you tell them they will move you to a different room. They are in the process of replacing each one of them. We are an older couple so we do not lot any dirty rooms or trouble. We have never had any issues here.

Stayed a few times, decent place. Last time i stayed I noticed a roach and mold in the toilet paper and on some of the base boards. Maids need to do their jobs correctly. Front desk people are very nice though.

Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Ice machine was broken. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Floor had dog hair

Where should I begin??? This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever witnessed. First, when we got to hotel, we went to the front office to check in. My husband always does the check in process, when we go to a hotel(vacation), so the clerk (owner) at the desk in the front office have my husband hell. Because his name wasn't in the system to check in, however we have the same last name and it never been a problem anywhere else we have been. So, I had to go into the office to show my identification and pay (never had to do that before). Ok, so once that situation was over, everything else was ok for the first night, even though the room was very drafty and dark. So the next morning, we got up and noticed the sink was stopped up and the socket was close in the same perimeter as the filled sink. We all know that this is a serious hazard. Therefore, I told the same guy at the front office about It, and he lied and said that their maintenance man would come and look at it the same day. But, we found out that the maintenance team was off on the weekend. Strike two. Also, the same guy came to do the routine housekeeping cleaning, but we had to literally beg for clean linen and towels. Strike three. In the other hand, his wife was the complete opposite of him, she even have me the key to a more upkeep room, and it was much better than the first room. All I have to say to those who choose to accommodate at this place, is to run far away as possible or else you will regret it!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
