When our home burned to the ground, they welcomed us and our 4 dogs without any hassle. They are continuously asking if everything is OK and want to know if we need anything. We have been here for 2 weeks so far and have not had any problems. The rooms are clean and priced for anyones budget. Super 8 is conveniently located right off the interstate and walking distance to most all of the restaurants.
You get what you pay for. The place smelled like there was disinfectant sprayed on everything. It was dingy and poorly lit. The sheets were rough and whatever they 'washed' them with made me itch. It was fine for an emergency overnight stay but I would t go back.
Overall, I would suggest Super 8 in Caddo Valley to anyone.
Very nice people. The place needs a little TLC. Could be cleaner. But they will try to accommodate. 3 1/2 stars.
At this Super8 you get what you pay for - that is, it's cheap & the location is convenient, but the place looks a little run down.
The owner (Mita Patel) and the amazing housekeeper's are simply amazing.
However, the rooms I've stayed in looked a bit beat up, and the continental breakfast was very basic.
The service here was amazing! Brandi took great care of us! We traveled a very long ways and stayed in several hotels. By far the best service of all the places we stayed!
The positives: The bed was comfortable, the room was warm in cold weather, I had no trouble getting a non-smoking room, and I felt safe.
