Very uncomfortable-hard bed, Issues with remote control and 3 trips to front desk to resolve the issue caused frustration. Toilet water ran all night, rusted chain stuck.
Location is very convenient off the highway. Rooms are clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Alot of perks for the price. Free breakfast. Pool was refreshing and clean. Room was clean and updated. Friendly employees also. We come back every year. Internet is decent.
My stay at Quality Inn in Arkadelphia was excellent. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers we clean, etc.
Decent rooms. I think all rooms have a fridge and microwave. Room was very clean. We didn't have much time to check out the location, we got in at 2:30am and got back on the road in the morning. The free breakfast was pretty basic, but it was a good snack before the rest of our trip. We paid $73 for two queens. Good price. We had called another local hotel before we arrived and we're quoted $117.
